Three Emmanuel priests have been sent out by the Pope as missionaries of Mercy
“Dear brothers, could you help open the doors of hearts, to overcome shame, not to flee the light. May your fatherly hands bless and comfort your brothers and sisters; that through you, the regard and the hands of the Father should rest on His sons and daughters and heal their wounds! “ (Pope Francis)
Among the 1070 missionary priests of Mercy sent on mission on Wednesday by Pope Francis there were three Emmanuel priests, Martin Sinnhuber, Vincent Bedon and Francis Manoukian. They were interviewed by Vatican Radio and the last named explained that for him, “mission is linked to the heart of Jesus that opens up to the world with its two streams of mercy: it is love that is missionary, coming from the Heart Jesus – a heart wounded but which still loves and which spreads itself. The cult of mercy, the heart of Jesus and evangelisation are all one.”
