The desert is a place of thirst, where you can allow yourself to be seized by Another. The desert is an empty place, where you can better discover his presence. The desert is like a dead place, which calls you to life.

A retreat to meet God

In Scripture and in the Tradition of the Church the desert has for long been seen as a special place to find out the truth about yourself, in the eyes of God. The desert retreat and the contemplation of the landscape call you in depth, to be close to God's heart.

A spiritually strong time

Spiritual life is strong, with Mass, adoration, prayer, teachings, silence, times of discussion and sharing... This is a key dimension of this journey, the source of enrichment and graces!

With others

Community life is a pillar of the journey. It permits you to deepen your personal experience in the light of that of others. It also teaches you to love your brothers more. The 120 retreatants are separated into four 'routes' with about thirty people in each.
