Magnify the Lord with Art
Artists

http://magnificat.emmanuel.info/Fra/fr/Magnificat/

The Christian artistic centre Magnificat is an association whose vocation is to promote an encounter between art and faith.

Called to show the Good News through beauty, it opens a space for creation and reflection where, in a spirit of fraternity, artists, craftsmen and their friends cooperate, in putting Christ at the centre of their lives.

Created through the initiative of the Emmanuel Community after the artistic festivals at Paray-le-Monial in 1987 and 1988, it contributes in this way to the evangelization of art and culture.

Today the artistic Centre Magnificat offers to artists and their friends the possibility of meeting regularly to deepen their discovery of the relation between art and faith.

The patron saint of music, Saint Cecilia, has been celebrated every year on 22 November since 1992.

Every year, since 1993, a session has been organized at Paray-le-Monial specifically for artists.

The artistic Centre Magnificat also welcomes artists and their friends at their weekly Prayer Meeting every Monday at the church of the Trinity in the 9th Arrondissement in Paris.

The MAGNIFICAT Prayer Group

The Magnificat Prayer Group for artists will meet, from 6 November onwards,
on Tuesdays at 8.30 pm
at the Chapel of Saint Rita,
65 boulevard de Clichy 75009
opposite the Moulin Rouge,
Paris, White Metro.
