The households

To support and revitalize the commitment of each one, there are households (which are sometimes residential for young people). Members of the same household - 5 to 8 and from different states of life - gather regularly in the evening. The households have praise, sharing of the Word of God, testimony and prayer for one and another. Grouping together people who are generally close geographically, they are the first place of Community life.

Community meetings

Each member of the Community takes part in the Community meetings monthly (for example on a Saturday afternoon and Sunday). It is a privileged place of fraternal life through the welcome, prayer, liturgical celebrations, formation and testimonies and the services (notably service of the children).

Companionship

In one’s community and personal life, each one is helped by a companion whom one accepts freely and who can be changed at any time on request. The companion proposes a follow-up, which helps the person to live in coherence with a free and responsible choice to commit in the Emmanuel, in response to the call of God. The companion has a role of counsel and aims at proposing “keys” which can help the person to take decisions himself. With Companionship - which is confidential, including aspects with regard to the persons in charge - the Community offers to each one of its members a place where he or she can be listened to, welcomed, advised, and can share what he lives in all confidence.
